Mikuni Conversion for Bultaco

I recently picked up one of the smaller Bultacos...a Campera. It came with an Amal carburetor which was almost fifty years old and did a very poor job of mixing fuel and air. Finding a replacement was not any particular challenge if you know where to look. Basically there is an alloy plate which attaches to the original manifold with machine screws and then a rubber adapter attaches to the alloy plate. Below is a picture of the relevant pieces.
