I bought some a while back without checking them personally and it turns out the seller couldn't use verniers properly and they're 36mm

G'day mate, thanks very much for the offer. I managed to find a set of good tubes pretty cheap in the meantime.

Not sure if there's anything else I need to finish this bike off but I'll let you know. Thanks again
