RL Suzuki kick starter Re-Bushing fix

Somewhere on here I read about a guy that repairs a sloppy kick starter on an RL-250 Suzuki by putting a bushing in it.

I did several different searches but cant find it.

Anyone remember who that was and have contact information for him?
