Hi Grayson, I'm not about to suggest what jetting an outboard motor that runs nearly flat out for lengthy periods requires, hopefully the OKO dude will pipe in and give some insight.
However, straight off the bat, a 36mm for a twin cyclinder 429cc 2 stroke that runs mostly at high revs sounds way too small to me, what size was the original carb?
