Have a 2010 EVO . And when holding the clutch in ,while in gear the bike still moves slowly . What can I do to sort it out ?

Go to http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/top ... lutch-fix/ and download the file on the 1st post, I did mine last year and it worked out well , I only had files to use but a dremel as well would have been better.

I found it needed to be run in for a couple of hours to bed the clutch in properly but it was an improvement straight away and is still working well 6 months later.

Had the same problem with mine about 4 months ago so if you end up doing the fix could you report back with your results?

Mine (2010 EVO) grabs a little bit but it really does vary when it actually drags, sometimes the bike will be perfectly still with the clutch in and other times it's a little bit worse. But overall adjusting the backlash at the handlebars fixed most of my dramas. It would be nice to have it totally eliminated it but next time I take off that clutch cover I'm pretty sure it will be going in the bin. The screws have eaten into the aluminum as Beta doesn't fit washers on it and I'll be needing to buy a new cover!

Don't say that, not I'm going to have to fork out for new plates and do it too Are you able to find neutral at all?

Yea finding neutral no problem now compared to before . I also removed two springs on the clutch which has made the clutch lighter
