Flywheel Mass

Hi,
Has anyone ever increased the mass of their flywheel from stock?
How did it work out?
How did you do it and what did you do it to?
Regards to all,
Peter

Returning to the forum

Hello riders,
It's been a little while since I was on the forum but I never stopped riding or observing at trials (apart from a little thing called Covid) in all that time.

So I did start on a TY250c (which I still have), then I tried a second-hand Beta 125, but I found it too lively for my taste ...

Re: Vans and bikes and camping

For reasons relating to what I am allowed to lease via my salary the iLoad is too commercial a vehicle. A lower payload, under a tonne is possible. Looking at the stretched Renault Kangoo (the maxi or the crew). Any thoughts. Drives nice.

Re: Vans and bikes and camping

Thanks for the word about ute camping. I have a uteswag on my Falcon ute which is great bit of kit but means a trailer:

Happy to give the guy a plug.

However, I am downsizing my life and with only one vehicle allowed and trailers awkward I need to translate my car, ute and trailer into a ...

Vans and bikes and camping

I should have paid more attention to what was in the carpark at my last trial but I didn't.

What vans are people using to transport their bike or bikes to an event where they will be camping overnight?

I wonder what is the smallest vehicle people use and is this a good daily drive also?

Hi Graham,
So many possible lines. Setting sections and observing the same would be very interesting. They look like great fun.

Re: Victorian Recreational Licensed Trials Bikes

TrialTech,
I see a horn but no mirror in the images.

I assume these bikes pictured meet VicRecReg requirements and meet the concerns outlined by Hell Team around importation.

Full reg would be a better option (eg Gas Gas Contact) but I live in Victoria and we have the rec reg possibility.
