ok guys i am a newbie here, just picked up a new bike today, gas gas 280 03, an i want to ride the dam thing, its all about having some fun but i do want to do some comps aswell, i live in the westen Sydney area an already know heaps of places to ride, (maybe new to trials but been on the big bike for years now.) but want people to ride with, i find the best way to learn is to watch then do what someone else is doing, so lets do it. I am always ready to go at the drop of a hat,so anyone heading out just let me know i am there, i've got a 3 bike trailer, so lets get it on.

Hi. I'm in the same situation. New trials bike / western Sydney / keen to learn / ridden other bikes for years. I have checked local trials comps and it seems that the Pacific Park club at Sth Maroota is the way to go. Riding most weekends and some private rides on weekdays. They are supportive of newbies.
In addition, I'm working on a few sections in the 10 HA back-yard here at East Kurrajong. Probably ready for rides later this year when I clear away enough thick scrub!

Hey Yourjoken,

I'm new to this trials thing too, just got a Sherco 290 a few months ago now. Have been up to Pacific Park a few times with it and have really enjoyed it. Have been trying to alternate between riding the trials and enduro bike every second weekend. I'm on the Northern Beaches in Sydney so would be good to hook up for a ride.

By the way, are you the same yourjoken from dbw? Think I have ridden with you before in the Watties.

Does anyone still practice out Menai I know its been narked out occasionally.??
Does B.T.W.P.M.C.C still compete there??Got a Sherco 290 04 Always keen for a ride ,if it does''nt get used soon she''ll have to go.That or the Husky 250 06.
Live 15mins from Menai.Don''t mind to travel a hour or so.
