whats the go with nortern districts trials club qld

hi all

whats the go with the ndtc been told they are not running any interclub meetings now???
ive been out of trials for only 1 yr and was a member there being the only club close to me (samford north side), i turned up to every club meet to help set up and every wkend they was doing a clear out of weeds etc and yes there was only a small few of us that kept coming,is this the reason for the club going down hill!!!!!!!
ive spoken to a few old members of the club and they have said its sad to see the club going down hill
what can be done i ask myself but with out help from other members it looks like to club will die very soon

please feel free to pm me or give any info on this forum that you think could help cos we need every club thats going

p.s will be joining up again this year with or without a bike

Hi Mick,

There was an article on the home page about a month ago posted by NDMC asking whether there was any support to keep the trials side of the club operational or whether they should just give it the flick. It was only myself and lukesta888 who showed any interest in keeping the club running on the forums, and i can imagine the response was likewise outside of it.

It's a shame because like you, I used to ride with NDMC and when I came back to the sport about 5 months ago was disappointed to find out when I spoke to them that the club was basically wasn't operating. At this stage I think it looks like it might be going to fold.

I live at Aspley, so northside is much more convenient for me too, but unfortunately it looks like i'm just going to have to continue heading South!
