It was bought from Sammy Miller in 1988 and was referred to at the time as a Sammy Miller High Boy TY175 kit. It has been sitting in storage since then. The frame looks remarkably similar in design to the Whitehawk TY175 frame and the bronze welding is very neatly done so I am guessing it was made by Whitlock.
relax, nothing is under control

I would imagine its a close copy of the Whitlock frame, and almost certainly made by Dave Cane, an ex Rickman guy who still makes the present day Miller TL125 frames?
