In case there are some Queensland Twinshock and Classic riders going down to Giant's Creek for the NSW titles who have not ridden Denman MCC events before, be aware that the degree of difficulty of the sections at Denman events in A, B and C grades do not line up very well with A, B and C grades in MA events in SE Queensland.
If you like riding white line in SE Qld MA events on a twinshock, the C Grade sections at the NSW titles would probably be the closest to what you enjoy.
Depending on your appetite for challenge, either A or B grade at the NSW twinshock titles could be ridden by people who normally ride the blue line Twinshock class in SE Qld.

David are you sure about that, I've only ridden one twinshock trial in QLD the 2011 Twinshock Masters which only had 2 grades open and clubman and I rode clubman but would have been happy to have rode the open sections, I ride C grade at Denman and there is no way I'd attempt the A grade sections at Denman. Maybe that Twinshock Masters that I rode wasn't representative of other trials in QLD but in my opinion the Clubman sections at that trial were like Clubman/C grade at Denman and the open sections would have been hard C/ B grade sections at Denman.
Anyway I hope there's plenty of QLDers and others heading for this trial which should be a great trial.
Ross
PS which bike are you riding

Ross I think you wrote something that explained it better than me, because I agree with what you wrote!
As far as Queenslanders go, it looks like being the best represented Denman event yet for the Maroons riders.
I've nominated in B grade and at this point want to ride the Kawasaki, but that might change after this weekend depending on how it goes at the final round of the Qld Mototrials Series. The M49 I'm not game to ride B grade on in those big rocks and no-one voted for the Cota 348 which is a shame because it is going beautifully.
There are a few reasons to ride the KT:
It got a vote from JC1
Your memory from the 1970s is of them being pretty crap
I like to support the underdog
It's a very pretty colour
It's got a new front tyre
The primary gears make cool whining noises

Re: NSW Twinshock and Classic Champs
Hi All , I found at last years event 'C' grade line was perfect for Classics as there were no bike damaging sections but they were tricky and easy to throw away some slack dabs. The sections were very entertaining in a quite beautiful setting. Might have another go at winning 'Least Popular' competitor again at Demman. Or not.
