boot care

Post by wil15424 »

Hi all just got a pair of novogar boots from KD moto. unfortunately they are blue 8) but not really caring about fashion statements or how I look I bought them.
Anyhow was wondering if anyone can offer advise on breaking them in apart from put em on & ride also what products are good to make keep them soft & repel water?
cheers

I gave up on trying to get waterproof trials boots, and just use any old dubbin to keep them supple.Instead I use Sealskinz socks from here - http://www.sealskinz.com/UK/socks?sort= ... D%5B4%5D=4
Don't know if they are available in Aus,but they work very well,I hate cold wet feet...

I have Blue Novagar boots & quite like the colour, I use Dubbin to keep the leather waterproof and also softens them a little to help with the break in period.
