If anyone has any photos at all of Jeff Gough on his 1976 Montesa Cota 348 MRR winning the Australian Titles. I'd really love to get copies please. Between Rob Gough and myself we've established that I am the current owner of this bike. So you will understand why I'm interested in photographs?
Kind regards
Kim Guthrie

That would be 1977. Do you know where the 1977 titles were run? That might stir some memory cells

The 1977 Australian Championships were held at Ballarat. Juniors and Sidecars rode on Saturday and Solo on the Sunday with the top Juniors invited to ride in the Solo on the Sunday.

David yes, that would be 1977, I've been reliably informed that they were held at 'Claire' Victoria however I can't find such a place when I search a map?

Are you sure about this PA because I've been told otherwise from a very reliable source do you have more detail?

My info comes from Rob Gough who was also there I believe and he says it was at a place called Claire? But I can't find Claire on a map of Victoria, hence my confusion?
ADDENDUM: I've had it confirmed the location was at a place called Elaine, Victoria. Which is situated roughly 30 klms to the south of Ballarat between Ballarat and Geelong.

Spot on Hazza!
So now we've established that exactly, if anyone has any pix of the winner Jeff Gough on his Cota 348 MRR I'd be extremely grateful?
