HELP, Honda TLR200 year?

Hi there,

Is anyone able to identify what year and month my Honda tlr200 is? Going to try to register it tomorrow.

Engine # MD09E-1002082
Frame # MD091002090

Not sure you can tell month from engine or frame numbers but I believe the E prefix is for 1984.

I found out on another forum that the D makes it an 83. There is also matching numbers on the rims. Got it registered, happy days!
