Hi Everyone,
Well it is observed Trials, I think he had carby problems and luckily he was carrying a shifter and maybe some other tools in his pocket. Alas he had no workbench so he removed his number plate and his pipe was not a good idea around petrol because it was the good stuff that is no longer available, super that is. Can not comment on the speedo of his repair, but helmets were invented in the meantime.....

Disregarding the changes, that looks like the late Tom Arter complete with footing coat in deepest muddy Kent, UK. Famous for the Arter Matchless racing machines and later an Ossa dealership.
