There wasn't any big snoty hills but some great mounds and heaps of fallen trees. I managed to part company with the Beta twice, once over a pile of fallen branches and the other over an old hot water system up against a fridge. There is an old dry dam very much like a giant skate board bowl. I could spend a fortnight there just riding on impossible slopes. One very happy boy
To cap it off there is a good tight enduro track for about 3km through the trees with burmed corners. The Beta can really rail the ruts in third and four gear. I had a ball.
I got to meet Crayfast's mum. One lovely 75 year old lady. I was impressed. I meet the nicest people these days.
I'm off to Brooweena for another ride Sunday with Jeff E and Steve H. I am so busy riding these days but it sure helps my skill level. I can feel the bike becoming part of me.
TRIALS IS GREAT
