I finally got my parts from tytrials.co.uk today & i checked the postage date & it is 19th July! i don't believe it took nearly 2 months to get here, so i'm sorry if i have given anybody the idea that he wasn't that good in his customer service!! seems like i have to blame Royal Mail for the very long time that it took to receive the parts, he does seem to take a long time to answer emails but now that i understand this i will have no problems ordering parts from John again!
