Sprocket fitted.
New chain adjusters as per original made. Looking at the crap welding, I think I made the last ones.
Only problem at the moment are the new chain links.
428H link on my 428H chain is too big, with about 4mm play.
Local bike shop, getting in some 428 standard links.
Any one got any pin length measurements.
does the 428H come also fitted with 'o' rings, but not stamped different.
EK 428H stamped on chain.

With a chain, the pitch is the same no matter what letters come after it.
A 428h and a 428SROZ chain both have the same pitch. This is determined by the (4) as a 1/2 inch pitch.
However, the following numbers and letters explain the make up of the chain. The width and 'o' or 'x' ring for example.
I did experience the same thing when I put a new chain on my TY. The original spec was a 428, I wanted to use a sealed chain because we ride through water at times in sections. I had a problem with the chain pins rubbing on the chain tensioner arm. I just had to slightly modify the bends to allow clearance.
Is this the problem you are having?
If you are after pin length or chain total width, you may need to try a google/bing/jeeves search.

Off to My 2nd Trial, for the year, and what a great day.
Thanks to all who were involved.
Big THANKS to Greg Harding for the loan of ' Kermit '

to duck back up the car park to get a new plug.
Kill switch problems put an early end to the day.
See you at Easter.
