I reckon it looks like what the filename of the photo says (gollner). In this case a Gollner based on KT250 running gear. Bob Gollner, specialist bike builder.

Its a Gollner KT250, fitted with a frame made by Wasp Motorcycles. A little lighter than the stock frame, but very prone to breakages, and other than looking nice cosmetically probably not as good as the stock bike (due to frame breakages).

they look a bit chunkier than the earlier models
yes they did
As the JC was a road registerable model it had different silencing requirments to those bikes dedicated to the dirt
