It's a TY250 A (1973/74) or B (1975).

A side on photo would make it easy to identify.

Other distinguishing differences are:
A has the sidestand mount on the main frame LHS. B has it on the swingarm RHS.
A has a TK Carby. B has a Yamaha type Mikuni.
A has bulbous aluminium engine covers. B has flatter magnesium covers.
A has steel fuel tank. B has aluminium.
A has fibreglass bashplate. B has aluminium.
A has fixed ends on brake and shift pedals. B has pivoting ends.

Good luck with it. They are great to ride.

I've owned mine for nearly 20 years and it is very economical partswise. I've replaced:
Handlebars, twice
Tyres, front X 1, Rear x 1
chain & sprockets, twice
not bad considering I use it for trail riding and trials work. :D
Feet up, as always!
