I have numbered these and if you could add your input to a picture number that would be greatly appreciated.

22 I’m using the 206 shell wired to suit our wiring loom requirements as I think it looks better. (not original I know)

24 when I put this motor back together I think I put the kick starter starting point in the wrong position. It sits at the top like normal but does not get compression till there.

24 it does take 1/4 turn to engage. They usually start to drive at about the same height as the footpeg. Yours looks a tiny bit low.
26 not sure but think it is zinc plated and no plastic
Are you sure it is the right front rim? They are pretty distinctive but I can't see yours well enough

My sister owns an unmolested TY175JC. There is a good chance that I can take photos over Easter of her bike showing the bits you want to know about. It has never had (or needed) anything fixed or fiddled with but that also means it's got lots of "age patina" - so don't be too shocked - it's not pretty

That would be fantastic David and well appreciated as I know the work/time it would take.
Who would criticize a chance to see a original bike
Thanks
Eric
