TY250 twin shock fuel tap gasket

I hope someone there can help me. I disaassembled my TY250 C 1976 Yamaha;s fuel tap for cleaning, and somehow managed to lose a gasket. Its a round hard seal that sits between the 'wave waher' and lever; the lever that swings through 180 degrees is held on by a plate secured by two philips heads. Behind that is a 'wave washer' and another seal/gasket. Thats the one I lost.
Easy I thought, I have a parts book. Guess what..its not shown or mentioned. I started to question my sanity, as in 'was there really one there''? There must have been becaiuse: I remember it; the fuel tap remains 'on' regardless of the position it I turn the lever to, and fuel is leaking from behind the lever itself indicating it is not seating properly; and, as someone who has now restored two early to mid 70's Yamaha (road bikes) and have parts books for both, I know for a fact old Yamaha parts books have been known to leave items out.
Does anyone know the part number for this as my local friendly Yamaha dealer cannot help me without that magic number.
Thanks for any assistance.
