If you want to get that airbox back together clean the surface with a cleaner then apply either 401 or 406 Loctitie which is industrial strength Super Glue

Hmmmm.... now here's a man that knows his glues

Would that work on an 06 Sherco Tail too?

What type of shop/outlet sells these glues?

Thanks Phoenix.

Am i getting this wrong... do you mean the top cover and lower black part that contains the filter?.. if so it is screwed together. And you use silkaflex to seal it. The problem with the 02 model pro was that it didn't have enough screws to stop it flexing and leaking but the actual halves were held together with small self taper screws.

Thats the bit.. Problem is mine is the 02, and a when it broke it pulled the screws through with the piece they were attatched to!
It seems to be holdong ok for the moment tho.

I tried getting a broken gg airbox plastic welded together, that lasted about 1 minute. The locktite sounds like the go. I also agree with Drakey buy a scorpa they just don't seem to die.

Just to let anyone know that 406 Loctitie did the job perfectly on my O6 Sherco Tail.

There is another product call Q-Bond which I got from Repco. And ended up fixing my daughters GG Airbox with.

But Q-Bond comes with some crystals which can be used to support the break your trying to fix. By pouring the crystals on and then dripping the glue on too.
Anyway, I used the Q-Bond crystals with the 406 Loctitie to fix my Sherco tail and it's still holding strong after about 20 rides.....Considering the break is right on the bend of the tail. This is not bad result (406 Loctitie and Q-Bond crystals) , I think =D>
